Rebalance Vintage stocks a large variety of clothing brands each with its own unique sizing.  The fit of garments will vary depending on the cut, style and fabric used. To help you with your shopping experience and give you the upmost confidence in your purchases we have provided measurements for all our items.

Due to the garment being vintage, sizing doesn't necessarily match the tagged size presented on the garments tag. Base your decisions off the measurements & recommended sizing.

Vintage clothing comes from the past, and over time, natural wear or fading can occur, adding character to each piece. Every item has a unique history before it reaches your hands.

To ensure transparency, each product description includes a defects section outlining any noticeable imperfections.

Please be aware that some vintage items may show signs of wear or fading due to their age. If you have any questions about a specific item or any other products, feel free to contact us.

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout, typically ranging from 1-14 business days.

For North American orders, delivery usually takes around 5 business days. If you need your order sooner, Express and Priority shipping options are available at checkout.

Yes, all our vintage clothing pieces are thoroughly washed and cleaned before being shipped. Many customers have noted that their items arrive smelling fresh and ready to wear.

Due to the high volume of vintage items we photograph, we’re unable to provide model photos for every piece. However, each item’s exact measurements are listed on our website in inches. To ensure the best fit, we recommend using our sizing guide to measure a similar item you own, following the same method we use. Then, compare your item’s measurements to the ones listed on our website to find the right fit.

Since each vintage item is one of a kind, we only have one size available and cannot offer size swaps. However, you can return your item for store credit. To initiate a return, please visit [insert return link].

REFUND POLICY

We accept returns for store credit only. To be eligible for store credit, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. 

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide photo evidence of the unlisted damage or defect. We strive to ensure quality, and any defects known to us will be listed. In the rare event that an unlisted defect is discovered, we will evaluate it accordingly. Once verified, we will issue you a store credit for the full purchase amount.

 

We do not provide refunds. Eligible returns will receive store credit only, which can be used towards future purchases on our website. 

 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item to us.

 

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. 

 To be eligible for store credit, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. 

Please allow 14 business days for us to process your return and issue store credit upon receipt of the returned item.

 

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for store credit and place a new order for the desired item. 

We reserve the right to update or change our return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost during transit, please follow the guidelines outlined below:

 

 

Lost Package Notification: If you believe your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We recommend reaching out within 10 days of the expected delivery date.

 

 

Investigation Process: Upon notification of a lost package, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package. This investigation may take 14-25 days to complete.

 

 

Resolution Options: Once the investigation is concluded and it is confirmed that the package is lost, we will offer you the following resolution options:

 

 

1. Reshipment - We can resend the lost items to you (subject to product availability).

 

2. Store Credit - If the items are no longer available or if you prefer, we can issue you a store credit for the full purchase amount.

 

 

Refund Policy: Please note that refunds for lost packages are not available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

 

Correct Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

 

 

Documentation Requirement: In some cases, we may require additional documentation or information from you to proceed with the investigation process. We appreciate your cooperation in providing any necessary details promptly.

 

 

Communication: We will keep you informed throughout the investigation process and provide updates on the status of your lost package inquiry.

Rebalance Vintage only offers returns for orders shipped within Canada and the United States. For all other international orders, returns and refunds are not available. We encourage customers outside of Canada and the United States to review their orders carefully before purchasing.

SIZING GUIDE

Length Measurement:
We measure the length of each item by laying it flat with the back of the shirt facing up. The measurement is taken from the highest point on the shoulder straight down to the bottom of the hem. Please refer to the diagram for a visual guide.

Pit-to-Pit Measurement:
We measure pit-to-pit by laying the garment flat, face up, and measuring across the widest point, from one underarm seam to the other. To ensure the best fit, we recommend measuring a similar piece of clothing you already own that fits well and comparing those measurements to ours.

Important: All measurements are listed in inches.


Waist: We lay the pants flat and measure straight across the waistband from one edge to the other. This measurement is then doubled to give the full waist circumference.

 Length (Inseam): We measure the inseam from the crotch seam straight down to the bottom of the pant leg. This provides the true inside leg length.

 Important: All measurements are taken in inches.


Fit: Cropped and Boxy, True to Size, For Oversized Sized Up. See measurements for each size below. 

Here’s the sizing guide for the Everyday Boxy Leather Jacket. We suggest measuring a jacket that fits well and comparing it to these measurements for the best fit. 

How to measure a jacket for sizing comparisons: 
  1. Pit to Pit (Chest Width) – Lay the jacket flat and smooth out wrinkles. Measure straight across from one armpit seam to the other.  
  2.  Length (Body Length) – Measure from the highest shoulder point (near the collar) straight down to the bottom hem.  
  3.  Shoulder to Shoulder – Lay the jacket flat, back facing up. Measure from one shoulder seam to the other.  
  4.  Sleeve Length – Extend one sleeve fully. Measure from the shoulder seam down to the cuff.  
Tips:
  • Use a soft measuring tape for accuracy.
  • Compare this with the size chart to determine the best fit.
  • For jackets without clear seams (e.g., raglan sleeves), measure the closest equivalent points.
